NACM Heartland Offers Virtual Coronavirus Roundtable
In a matter of days, COVID-19 and coronavirus have dramatically reshaped how we are doing business. On Thursday, April 2 at 11 a.m. CST, we will be hosting an all NACM Heartland virtual roundtable where members will have the opportunity to share how their credit departments are moving forward in these unprecedented circumstances.
Topics we’ll cover:
Managing customers who ask for revised terms on outstanding and future invoices.
What, if any, collection strategies are being used for outstanding delinquencies that occurred before mid-March.
Obtaining critical customer information when your contact is working from home or the office is closed.
Revising credit policies for the short-term – and the long-term.
How jobs are changing when part of the team is working from home and cannot access critical systems.
NACM National Chair Ty Knox and NACM Heartland Chair Steve Stahl will facilitate this exchange of ideas. We hope you will join us!
Register on the NACM Heartland Calendar page. Log-in information will be sent the morning of the Roundtable.
This is a free event.
